Another first timer to notch their first ever GCA career win was Wade Marriott doing it in fine style on a challenging layout at Gailes Golf Club. Wade fired a very sharp 41 stab points to take the win from Woggy Gaylor who looked to have the win sealed with 3 holes remaining. In true Woggy fashion, he choked again and had to settle for second place, still with an impressive 39 points. Rounding out third place was Scott Bellchambers on a countback with 5 other players tied on 37 stab points.
Claiming the pink ball for the day was Ryan Kitto on a whopping 17 points. Best gross went to guest player and a real golfer Dylan Stollery who played off +4 and shot a red hot 73 bits off the stick (well red hot for us but Im sure disappointing for him!)
